Who We Are:
Just Simply Clean is conveniently located in Uniontown, nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of Southwestern Pennsylvania. We serve the entire Fayette County region and beyond with multiple crews able to travel to your location on a regular basis.
Our owners, Luke Horton and Galadriel Strauser, originally met as college students at Penn State University's Fayette Campus majoring in Business Administration. The company was formed through CETES, the Center for Entrepreneurial Technology Education Services, a small business incubator at Penn State. Together, the two bring over 26 years of combined experience in customer service and personal pride in a job well-done to the operation of Just Simply Clean.
All potential employees of Just Simply Clean undergo a rigorous screening process and must submit Criminal Background Clearances to be considered for employment. After being hired, employees complete a training program and are closely supervised for a probationary period. Frequent, unannounced quality checks are performed and quarterly bonuses are given to employees who continually shine.
Flexibility is key to operation at Just Simply Clean. We understand that each customer needs something different. When we visit your location for the initial consultation, we will do a walk-through of your space, discussing what you need and how you want it done. Then a customized bid for your facility will be prepared. This way we understand what you want, you understand what we can provide, and there is less room for misunderstanding later.
