If the job is not completed to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we'll send the crew back, at our expense, to correct the problem.
Why should I hire a professional cleaning company, can't we just do it ourselves?
Hiring a professional cleaning service is the easiest and most relaxing way to handle your cleaning needs. We pre-screen, hire, train, and insure our employees to do a complete in-depth cleaning.
Why do you have to visit my location to give an estimate, can't you tell me the cost on the phone?
When we visit your location, we gather valuable information about your needs. This ensures we understand exactly what you want done. We firmly believe in the importance of clear expectations from the beginning to prevent misunderstandings down the road.
Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
While some clients prefer we use their vacuums and cleaning equipment, others do not. Depending upon your needs, we can provide cleaning supplies and/or equipment. This frees you from stocking an inventory of supplies and from maintaining cleaning equipment. We will discuss what combination is right for you at your free consultation.
